This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is designed to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support primarily to U.S. Strategic Command, its Joint Functional Component Commands, Joint Task Forces, and supporting Agencies and to Air Force Weather Agency, although other customers may utilize the contract vehicle as well. The USSTRATCOM missions supported by this contract include Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction; Global Command and Control; Global Network Operations; Global Strike and Integration; Integrated Missile Defense; Information Operations; Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance; Network Warfare; Nuclear Deterrence; Space Operations; and Strategic Deterrence. The specific A&AS tasks supported include Management and Professional Support Services; Studies, Analyses, and Evaluations Tasks; and Engineering and Technical Services Tasks. The BPA is a five-year, $900 M, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract under the acquisition management of the 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt AFB, NE.

On June 1, 2005 CSSS.NET was awarded a prime Navy 4 year base (plus one 5-year and one additional 1-year option) IDIQ contract called SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e). SeaPort-e provides a capability for the U.S. Navy a contractual framework to acquire research & development support, prototyping, acquisition logistics, modeling, test & evaluation trials, and engineering support for NAVSEA and its Warfare Centers.
